We Turn Clay Into DUST!
Trap shooting is the fastest growing sport in Minnesota and is the only co-ed sport offered in the Breckenridge School District. The sport is available to students in grades 7-12 during the spring sport season. Practices and competitions are held at the Head of the Red Trap Club located 2 miles north of Breckenridge on State Highway 9. Practices and competitions are held in the evenings after other extra-curricular activities to avoid competition with those activities. This allows students to participate in Trap Shooting as well as other extra-curricular activities. The priorities of trap shooting are Safety, Fun, and Marksmanship. Students are required to follow all school polices in regards to guns, ammunition, alcohol, tobacco and grade requirements. Students are required to pay for their ammunition and targets to participate. Fees are established each year before the season begins. For more information check out www.mnclaytarget.com |
