CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION

Registration for August 2020 driver education classes is now closed.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the governor’s class size limit for summer programming, classroom instruction for driver education will take place through distance learning for sessions 1 and 2.  Students will need a device, Internet access, and a Breckenridge or St. Mary’s Google login.  Please contact Stacy Busta immediately if your student does not have a Google login.  Chromebooks will be available to borrow from the school district.  Students will also need a textbook due to the need to conduct class through distance learning.

Session 1         August 3-14, 2020  Monday-Friday            8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

Session 2         August 3-14, 2020  Monday-Friday            12:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.

The nonrefundable tuition fee of $345 includes 30 classroom hours, 6 behind-the-wheel hours, and a textbook.

Due to the need to order textbooks in advance, late registrations may not be accepted.

Your registration form and payment must be received by the high school office no later than June 19th.  A confirmation letter will be sent to you after June 23rd only if your complete registration has been received.  Registration will not be accepted unless accompanied by payment.  Payments may be made online at www.breckenridge.k12.mn.us or in person at the high school.  Registration forms were mailed to eligible students during the last week in May.  If you did not receive a registration form, please contact the high school office.
